Unfortunately, Simon has already booked you for promotional work at Chateau Nuit. He promises to look into a solution for So Chic while you are making your Vegas appearance.
Prior to the event, you have the option to talk with a Miscellaneous Character outside Chateau Nuit
After the event, Simon will call, stating that in exchange for other jobs, So Chic is going to get the works.
