Philip Nel is the vineyard manager of Wemmick Estate Winery in Cape Town, whom you first meet during the Grape Expectations goal.

After changing into an outfit more suitable to wine-making, Philip will guide you along the process, telling you all about pruning, watering and harvesting the grape vines.

Once you've created your wine, he compliments your dedication, and organizes your wine launch event.

If you decide to purchase the vineyard from Sandra Kirkland, Philip will stay on as a manager, and help you create more wines.
