This section describes content that has been replaced and/or removed from the game. This information is kept here for historical purposes.
Events were temporary activities players could participate in to earn special items for their closet and other rewards. During events, players could earn event points and purchase special event giftboxes for k-stars. The gold speaker icon on the screen served as a notification board for events.
Events occurred every weekend, starting on Friday at 2pm UTC and ending Sunday at 6pm UTC. While some happened to celebrate a particular holiday or special occasion, events were held at other times, too. During weekdays, throwback events were usually held, allowing users to win items from older events. Events changed yearly and the same events did not always occur.
The event's icon appearance changed according to the event that was active in the game. If no event was active, the gold speaker icon pictured was displayed.
Events were unlocked at level 8 and ran weekly, until they were replaced by Seasons in update 13.4.

Gameplay[]
How it worked[]
- During events, players could earn event points by completing specific actions within the game. The more event points players earned, the more prizes were unlocked.
- For additional event points, players could purchase giftboxes for 40. Giftboxes could contain event items, which increased the overall event points players earned from each specific action.
- There were 6 different types of events:
- Dating: earn a 5-heart rating on dates;
- Party: earn a 5-star rating on parties in any of your homes;
- Professional: earn a 5-star rating on professional events;
- Reality: earn a 5-star rating on filming episodes for your reality TV show;
- Throwback: earn a 5-star rating on dates/parties/professional events or reality TV shows;
- VIP: spend k-stars.
- The prizes earned from event points were different for each event, but each type of event followed the same point system. An overview of how many event points wereneeded to unlock each of the prizes offered during events can be found in the table below:
