Swipe the screen to scroll to the right, and tap the purple bubble marked "fold clothing" to complete the first action.
Next, swipe the screen to scroll to the left, and tap the purple bubble marked "lock register". You will need to tap it once more to complete the task.
After completing the actions, the next goal, Make an Exit, will be unlocked.
