After meeting with fashion designer Misty Levin in her office, you need to inspect her designs in your capacity as a buyer for Kardash Miami.
In order to complete the goal, you will need to tap the purple speech bubble above the clothing rack. The first action is marked "peruse designs" and costs 
2 to complete.
The second action, marked "small alterations", is then unlocked. Tap the speech bubble for 1 to complete it.
The third and final action, marked "negotiate deal", is then unlocked. Tap the speech bubble for 4 to complete it.
After completing all of the actions, the next goal, Misty's Deal, will be unlocked.
